Q2. Do I need to use the links at the ClubShop Mall to enter the affiliate stores in order to receive my rebate?
Yes! If you do not use the links at the ClubShop Mall to enter the affiliate store, you will not be entitled to a rebate.

Q3. Why do I need to use the link to the ClubShop Mall affiliate store in order to receive my rebate?
When you click on an affiliate store link at the ClubShop Mall the link carries with it a code that is unique to the DHS Club. This code notifies the affiliate store you are shopping from the ClubShop Mall and places your rebate in the Club's "account". If you do not use the link at the ClubShop Mall, no code is transmitted to the affiliate store and your purchase is not recorded as a DHS Club purchase.

Q4. Can I use a bookmark for my favorite ClubShop Mall Store?
No, you may not use a bookmark to enter you favorite ClubShop Mall store if you wish to receive your rebate. You must always enter your favorite ClubShop Mall store through the ClubShop Mall direct link.

Q5. I clicked on a link at the ClubShop Mall and it did not work. Another link appeared which said 'click here'. If I click on that "click here" link, will I still receive my rebate?
In order to be eligible to receive a rebate, you must use the link directly from the ClubShop Mall. If a ClubShop Mall link is inoperable, please write us at mall@dhs-club.com to report this. If you click on any other link (such as the 'click here" link in the example above), the link will not take with it the DHS Club's unique identifier code and your purchase will not register as a DHS Club purchase and not be eligible for the rebate.

Q6. The DHS Club forwarded an email receipt to me from a ClubShop Mall affiliate store. This receipt contained a link for a sale item within the ClubShop Mall affiliate store. If I click on that link and purchase the product, will I be eligible for a rebate?
No. You MUST enter the ClubShop Mall affiliate store via the ClubShop Mall link in order to create a "verifiable purchase" and to be eligible for a rebate. See "What is a verifiable purchase? See question below.

Q7. I clicked on a link at the ClubShop Mall and was taken to an affiliate store (in this example we will use Staples.com). While shopping at Staples.com I clicked on a link which took me off the Staples.com site to another store. If I make a purchase at this other store, will I still receive a rebate?
No. Many of the ClubShop Mall affiliate stores have affiliations with other stores that are not affiliated with the ClubShop Mall. In order to be eligible for a rebate you must link to a store directly from the ClubShop Mall page.

Q8. If I forget to use the link to an affiliate store from the ClubShop Mall, but I forward my receipt to the Club, am I still entitled to a rebate?
No. If you do not use the link, no purchase will be recorded under the DHS Club account and no rebate will be paid.

Q9. What can I do as a DHS Club member to ensure I receive my rebate from my purchases at the ClubShop Mall affiliate stores?
Always use a link posted at the ClubShop Mall main page or the Store List page to link to the ClubShop Mall affiliate store. Using this link ensures your order is coded with the DHS Club's unique shopping code and that your purchase is recorded as a DHS Club purchase.

Use your ClubShop shopper's email address. This address is to be used only for shopping at the ClubShop Mall affiliate stores. When you check out of the store of your choice, you will be asked to enter an email address. Instead of providing them with your personal email address (i.e.Johndoe@aol.com) you will need to provide the store with a ClubShop shopper's email address that consists of your ID number followed by @dhs-club.com. For example, if your name is John Doe and your ID number is JD12345, your ClubShop shopper's email address would be: JD12345@dhs-club.com. By using this email address, the DHS Club will automatically receive your receipt, record the rebate and then forward the receipt to you for your records.

Free Members will be required to supply the DHS Club with their full name and address in order for their rebate check to be sent the month following a verifiable purchase.

Q10. How can I find my ID Number so I can get my rebate?

Q11. What is a "verifiable purchase"?
The DHS Club receives rebates from the ClubShop Mall Affiliate Stores which we in turn rebate to our Members. In order for the DHS Club to be paid these rebates from the ClubShop Mall Affiliate Stores, the store must be able to verify, through the receipt of the DHS Club's unique identifier code, the DHS Club member purchase. These unique identifier codes are imbedded in the links you find at the ClubShop Mall Store Listings. If you enter an affiliate store directly from a ClubShop Mall link, the code transfers as you link to the store. This code generates a log of sales and it is from this log of sales that the DHS Club is paid. If you enter a ClubShop Mall affiliate store directly (not use the ClubShop Mall link) by book marking the site, or typing in their direct url (such as www.dell.com), the identifier code is not transmitted to the log and no rebate is received by the DHS Club. The end result is your purchase is not verifiable and does not qualify for a rebate.

Q12. When will I receive my rebate for my purchases?
Generally, the DHS Club receives rebate payments from the ClubShop Mall affiliate stores on a quarterly basis. In order to provide a positive shopping experience for our Members, the DHS Club pays rebates the month following your purchase on verifiable orders. Rebates must equal .00 or more to be paid. Rebates are paid with your monthly commission check the month after a verifiable purchase. In the unlikely event a VIP does not receive a monthly commission check, the rebate check will be sent directly to the VIP once the total rebate check equals .00 or more. If we cannot verify through our affiliate store that you have used the link at the ClubShop Mall, no rebate will be paid.
